"I was "encouraged" to join the PTA just before my daughter started school (2017) and immediately saw the school from a different perspective and the extreme effort all the headteacher, staff and TA's put in. My daughter is so happy here so I decided that I really wanted the opportunity to give something back. When the possibility to become a parent governor became available, I jumped at the chance and was extremely happy to be voted in and accepted."
